For BuyBay.com we developed advanced grading solutions. Assessing returned products on quality became a science: systematic, photo-based, and scalable. The foundation of our current A/B/C grading system was laid here.
We built reverse logistics systems that process returns from more than 30 European countries — and now also South Africa via Pargo. Multi-carrier integrations with DHL, PostNL, GLS, DPD, Correos, Royal Mail, BPost, Seko Logistics, ArrowXL, and Pargo. More than half a million return labels per year — automated and error-free.
Our grading systems grew into an operation that has assessed 2.4 million items. Every product photographed, classified, and routed to the right sales channel. From A-grade back in stock to C-grade to auction. Remote grading made it possible to deploy experts everywhere.
From Bol.com to Amazon, from BVA Auctions to Troostwijk, from WhatsApp to own outlet webshops. We built integrations with 42 sales channels so every product — regardless of grade — is sold through the optimal channel. Including cost calculations and auction systems for maximum efficiency.
